LCRD · Credit on Arc
USDC credit, priced on-chain. Two ways in.
Have a Stellar DeFi history? LCRD scores it and, for strong scores, opens an unsecured line automatically. No history? Deposit USDC and borrow against it. Either way the contract prices the line with a published formula anyone can check and records every repayment, so good borrowers pay less and can borrow more. No personal data on-chain.
Lend
Deposit USDC and receive pool shares. Your yield is the interest borrowers repay, shared across all lenders; it depends on how much of the pool is lent out. Loans are unsecured, so a written-off loan lowers share value. Withdraw any time there is cash available.
Borrow
Draw on your line: unsecured (from your LCRD score) or secured (against your own deposit). Interest accrues by the second; repayments go to interest first.
Get a credit line: two ways to qualify
1 Provide liquidity secured · no score needed
Deposit USDC in the pool, then borrow up to 71.25% of it. Your deposit keeps earning; the part backing your loan is locked until you repay. 15% APR with no score, cheaper with every completed repayment. Best if you have no on-chain history yet: it builds one.
2 Use your Stellar wallet unsecured · score 55+
LCRD scores your Stellar DeFi history. Tier A, or a score of 55+ in tier B, gets an unsecured line opened automatically (capped at 1 USDC while the pool is small). Sign one message with this Arc wallet and one with Freighter to prove both are yours; nothing moves between chains.
How LCRD scores and prices credit
The score (0–100)
LCRD reads a borrower's real financial behaviour: completed borrow-and-repay cycles where they exist, otherwise activity (protocols used, volume, active days, length of track record) plus income signals. The report is hashed; only the hash goes on-chain, so no personal data does.
Tier A 67–100 · Tier B 34–66 · Tier C 0–33
Unsecured: tier A, or tier B with 55+
Secured (against your deposit): no score needed
The price
The contract computes the APR from the score with LCRD's published policy; nobody can quote a borrower a different rate.
Unsecured APR = 8% cost of funds
+ score premium: 20% at score 0 → 3% at 100
+ 3% unsecured surcharge
Secured APR = 8% + 35% of the score premium
(15% with no score)
Both: − 0.5% per completed cycle (up to 2%),
kept between 6% and 36%
Example: score 71 → 8% + 7.93% + 3% = 18.93%. Check any score with quote(score, cycles).
Repayments build credit
Every repayment is recorded on-chain. A cycle completes when a loan using at least 25% of the line, held at least 7 days, is repaid in full. Each completed cycle cuts the APR by 0.5% automatically and lets the line grow by another starter amount.
Unsecured starter: A 100 USDC · B (55+) 75 USDC
Ceiling: A 2,500 USDC · B 250 USDC
Secured: up to 71.25% of your deposit
A default resets completed cycles to zero
Credit lines
Every line on the contract, with its on-chain repayment record. The score reference is the keccak-256 hash of the LCRD score report that justified the line.
